  • 5+ years administering Zendesk with advanced configuration including automations triggers apps extensions and custom integrations
  • 2+ years responsible for a Salesforce instance
  • 7+ years total experience in business systems administration
  • Strong hands-on experience with APIs and integrations
  • Proven ability to architect workflow solutions across multiple platforms and tools
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with a bias toward saying yes
  • Expert level report building experience
  • Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with integration and automation platforms such as Make Zapier Workato or similar
  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate required Advanced Certificate a plus

Day to day

  • Serve as the bridge between business vision and technical reality by translating stakeholder workflow ideas into scalable technical solutions
  • Own Zendesk as the core platform while supporting Salesforce and building beyond native capabilities with APIs webhooks middleware and custom automations
  • Partner with Revenue Operations and Executive teams to design implement and document end-to-end workflows that improve consistency transparency and efficiency
  • Administer optimize and extend Zendesk and Salesforce through advanced configuration integrations reporting and continuous process improvement
