Requirements
- 5+ years administering Zendesk with advanced configuration including automations triggers apps extensions and custom integrations
- 2+ years responsible for a Salesforce instance
- 7+ years total experience in business systems administration
- Strong hands-on experience with APIs and integrations
- Proven ability to architect workflow solutions across multiple platforms and tools
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a bias toward saying yes
- Expert level report building experience
- Strong communication skills for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with integration and automation platforms such as Make Zapier Workato or similar
- Salesforce Administrator Certificate required Advanced Certificate a plus

Day to day
- Serve as the bridge between business vision and technical reality by translating stakeholder workflow ideas into scalable technical solutions
- Own Zendesk as the core platform while supporting Salesforce and building beyond native capabilities with APIs webhooks middleware and custom automations
- Partner with Revenue Operations and Executive teams to design implement and document end-to-end workflows that improve consistency transparency and efficiency
- Administer optimize and extend Zendesk and Salesforce through advanced configuration integrations reporting and continuous process improvement
