  • Strong provider-facing communication skills with clinicians
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactive issue resolution

Day to day

  • Own the end-to-end scheduling process for on-demand care services with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Build and maintain monthly schedules while handling PTO requests coverage gaps onboarding changes and provider transitions.
  • Track operational metrics analyze coverage trends and support staffing decisions with clear reports dashboards and recommendations.
  • Develop and update training materials and operational resources to improve provider readiness and scale live training support.
  • Partner across teams to forecast demand improve workflows protect data integrity and keep care coverage running smoothly.
