Requirements

- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and comfort with BI tools
- Experience with workforce management and scheduling platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating clear training materials and operational documentation

Day to day
- Own the end-to-end scheduling process for on-demand care services with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Build and maintain monthly schedules while handling PTO requests coverage gaps onboarding changes and provider transitions.
- Track operational metrics analyze coverage trends and support staffing decisions with clear reports dashboards and recommendations.
- Develop and update training materials and operational resources to improve provider readiness and scale live training support.
- Partner across teams to forecast demand improve workflows protect data integrity and keep care coverage running smoothly.
