Who you are

  • Experience in a wellbeing lead role with a proven track record of implementing workplace wellbeing programmes.
  • Qualifications in HR, workplace wellbeing, Health & Safety, or Occupational Health.
  • Experience delivering training confidently and engagingly.
  • Mental Health First Aid Training qualification.
  • Experience working in a small business environment.
  • Consultative skills prioritizing client requirements.
  • Commercial mindset to identify requirements and recommend services.
  • Ability to present effectively at the sales stage and develop sales proposals.
  • Interest in improving workplace wellbeing.

What the job involves

  • Work closely with our workplace wellbeing strategy consultant to deliver and develop training programmes.
  • Deliver CPD-accredited training for workplace wellbeing leads, Mental Health First Aid, and wellbeing-centred manager training.
  • Support clients in implementing effective workplace wellbeing programmes through consultancy, mentoring and advice.
  • Promote awareness of workplace wellbeing training programmes through thought leadership.
  • Engage and develop our community of workplace wellbeing leads by sharing experience and advice.
  • Leverage LinkedIn to promote SuperWellness's work and provide thought leadership content.
  • Participate in meetings, providing information to assist in decision making.


Application process

  • Initial 15-minute Teams meeting with hiring team: Angela (CEO), Amanda (Commercial Director), or Elliot (Workplace Wellbeing Strategy Consultant)
  • Second interview lasting up to 1 hour with Angela and Elliot, including a 10-minute sample training session
  • Third interview with Angela and Amanda
