Remote Senior UX Researcher, Arlington, VA

 You will transform the user experience for the Medicaid Drug Program (MDP) product suite at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).  Work on the MDP platform to help CMS negotiate better drug prices, track compliance, and ensure transparency in drug costs.  Your work allows state Medicaid programs to provide affordable prescriptions to low-income individuals and families.  You will work on backend services and applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.  Work with relational databases, particularly Postgres, for data storage, retrieval, and management.  Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production systems.  Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code aligning with team&#39;s coding standards and industry best practices.  Give constructive feedback through coding peer reviews.  Identify areas of improvement in codebase and infrastructure.  Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
