Remote Conversation Designer, London, UK

 Collaborate with technical leads to enhance developer experience and productivity through top-notch documentation.  Create developer-facing system documentation, product guides, reference materials, and e-learning content.  Work alongside engineers and technical program managers to initiate projects and manage them to completion.  Write, edit, maintain, and enhance various content types, including knowledge base/help center articles, user guides, release notes, what’s new content, product how-tos, and tutorials.  Recommend copy for all in-product screens extending to and consistent with knowledge base articles.  Guide, motivate, and train engineering teams in documentation process improvements and maintenance practices.  Drive, manage, and prioritize multiple projects in a rapidly evolving environment.
