 You will design and develop high-quality, tailored, and costed delivery solutions.  Develop the overall vision and high-level design for the proposition.  Be pro-active with customer engagement to manage stakeholders, test understanding, and refine requirements.  Create bid narrative and act as the final editor on all written material that forms part of the solution response.  Ensure a full understanding of the pricing approach, working with the finance and commercial leads. 

Remote Solutions Lead, UK

 Provide employment law advice and support for risk and compliance in the UK.  Collaborate with senior HR colleagues to manage IR and complex HR matters.  Identify changes in employment law and manage their impact on Serco.  Support bid and transition teams on TUPE related matters.  Manage relationships with external legal providers and develop and deliver employment law training programmes.
