 Conduct user research, creating intuitive UX/UI designs, and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.  Work closely with the product and engineering teams to develop and iterate on product features.  Communicate design concepts and progress to internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. 

Remote Senior Product Designer, UK

 You will be joining our L2 Support squad, focusing on providing excellent technical support to enterprise customers.  Collaborate closely with L1 Support squad, Customer Success squad, and software engineers.  Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues through Zendesk tickets, deploy the Cryptio stack locally, debug issues, and qualify bugs before escalating them.
