Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product design, within the fintech or B2B SaaS sectors
- Experience in a startup environment
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or comparable software
- Establishing design systems experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working within an agile development environment

Day to day
- Conduct user research, creating intuitive UX/UI designs, and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to develop and iterate on product features
- Communicate design concepts and progress to internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
