What the job involves
You will be joining our L2 Support squad, focusing on providing excellent technical support to enterprise customers
Collaborate closely with L1 Support squad, Customer Success squad, and software engineers
Own, troubleshoot, and resolve customer technical issues through Zendesk tickets, deploy the Cryptio stack locally, debug issues, and qualify bugs before escalating them
