Remote Technical Consultant Job in UK Lenvi

Who you are

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2014 and later) and Transact-SQL (T-SQL)
• Proficiency in T-SQL and ability to write complex queries
• Managing and configuring Windows Server (2012 and later)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exposure to Microsoft IIS, version 8 and above
• Supporting software within a Windows networked environment including Active Directory, Group Policy, security and encryption technologies like SSL/TLS
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to meet deadlines and work within defined SLAs
• Supporting production systems with structured change-control
• Handling customer-sensitive (financial) data
• Occasional travel in UK and abroad
• Proactive teamwork

Desirables

• Experience with creating and debugging PowerShell scripts
• Experience with Azure DevOps including deployment Pipelines

What the job involves

• Support for Lenvi Riskfactor applications via remote, email, telephone, and occasional site visits
• Adhere to customer SLAs, response times, resolution times, and escalation paths
• Log and track support cases using Jira helpdesk
• Create, test, and deliver hotfixes and minor technical changes
• Provide technical consultancy and troubleshooting, including data analysis, data integrity checking, and system performance analysis
• Customize and configure Lenvi Riskfactor products to meet client requirements
• Conduct system, function, and regression testing using manual and automated test scripts
• Log defects via Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Team Foundation Server
• Create detailed test plans, execute test scripts, and document results
