 Design and optimize digital experiences for career sites internal portals recruitment campaigns onboarding platforms and volunteer web experiences.  Maintain and develop the Volunteer Website in WordPress creating engaging informative pages and integrating with other systems where necessary.  Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Marketing and People teams to craft compelling candidate and employee journeys aligned with the mission and brand.  Develop wireframes high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly communicate the talent story.
