Ability to translate and organize information into easily digestible documentation
Create policy, process, and procedural documentation that communicates complex information in a clear and concise manner
Align documentation with our templates and glossary
Fluency in Microsoft Office applications including tools for creating diagrams, illustrations, and documents
Bachelor’s degree in English, communication, business administration, or technical writing
2-5 years' experience as a technical writer creating content pertaining to policy, procedure, and/or process

What the job involves
The Technical Writer is responsible for working with various functional leads to edit policy, process, and procedural documentation, and other written content to align with our templates as part of the Knowledge Management project.
Organize, write, edit, and format technical information to produce high-quality, easy-to-understand documents for specific audiences.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to create documentation that meets the needs of the intended audience.
