Provide technical advice and optimize Oracle HCM system processes to maximize business benefits.  Lead quarterly system upgrades ensure rigorous testing and update on new functionalities.  Advise on Oracle HCM transformation in relation to HR operating model and process execution.

Work with other Product Owners and a Product or Platform Manager to deliver initiatives, managing your area&#39;s product backlog.  Define user stories with Business Analysts and stakeholders, ensuring agile teams have the necessary resources to deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of patients, partners, and the business.
