What the job involves

• Lead high-quality Oracle deployment projects across various HCM modules.
• Support new Oracle HCM module implementations into Business As Usual (BAU) processes.
• Manage internal BAU ticket volumes and prioritize in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
• Drive system improvements through Oracle Optimisation projects.
• Provide technical advice and optimize Oracle HCM system processes to maximize business benefits.
• Lead quarterly system upgrades ensure rigorous testing and update on new functionalities.
• Advise on Oracle HCM transformation in relation to HR operating model and process execution.
