Day to day
- Lead high-quality Oracle deployment projects across various HCM modules.
- Support new Oracle HCM module implementations into Business As Usual (BAU) processes.
- Manage internal BAU ticket volumes and prioritize in collaboration with HR stakeholders.
- Drive system improvements through Oracle Optimisation projects.
- Provide technical advice and optimize Oracle HCM system processes to maximize business benefits.
- Lead quarterly system upgrades ensure rigorous testing and update on new functionalities.
- Advise on Oracle HCM transformation in relation to HR operating model and process execution.
