- Experience with at least two Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or data conversions.
- Expertise in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and OTBI.
- Strong knowledge of HDL and HSDL for CoreHR, Payroll, Recruiting, and Benefits.

Day to day
- Work on the Oracle HCM Cloud platform performing analysis, troubleshooting issues, and delivering solutions.
- Document current and future state scenarios, designs, and configurations.
- Coordinate with HR and IT teams on system updates, upgrades, and patches.
