Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics data or related fields
- 2+ years of experience in Agile environments as a Product Manager Product Owner or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to define product vision prioritize work and deliver measurable business value
- Experience translating business needs into product roadmaps epics and user stories
- Ability to evaluate opportunities based on expected value impact and cost
- Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills focused on outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast changing environment
- Experience measuring product success and using insights to drive continuous improvement

Day to day
- Define and champion a product vision that turns data and analytics into measurable business and customer outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders data scientists and engineers to identify high impact opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
- Guide Agile teams to prioritize work build test and release products and continuously improve based on feedback and performance insights.
- Act as the voice of the customer by translating real world needs into clear product direction and adoption focused communication.
