Day to day

  • Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows challenges and goals
  • Translate complex customer needs into structured AI solution plans using the platform
  • Own end-to-end delivery of AI-powered projects with engineers and AI specialists
  • Write detailed product specs and define prompt and context structures
  • Balance speed scalability stability and customer impact in product decisions
  • Identify repeatable patterns and help scale reusable platform capabilities
  • Act as the voice of the user throughout the product lifecycle
