Requirements
- 2+ years of experience building and deploying ML or GenAI systems in production
- Strong practical GenAI fundamentals including LLM APIs context engineering RAG tool/function calling skills agents and evaluation methodology
- Data acumen with ability to assess datasets identify distribution issues and reason about data quality impacts
- Product orientation with ability to translate ambiguous requirements into technical solutions
- Solid Python and software engineering fundamentals including clean testable code REST API design debugging and CI/CD familiarity
- Habit of self-improvement with active learning and experimentation in new models and tools

Day to day
- Apply agentic LLM patterns to automate complex tasks that traditionally need human judgment.
- Design and build GenAI-powered solutions for NLP problems including NER classification information retrieval summarization and structured output generation.
- Build and maintain production ML APIs and data pipelines that deliver scalable model-driven automation and insight across Numerator products.
- Collaborate closely with MLOps engineers product managers and engineering teams to move solutions from problem understanding to production.
