Day to day
- Provide technical and GDS support to advisors and internal teams across multiple business divisions
- Manage Travelport solutions including service desk queries bespoke advisor work PCC implementations and business projects
- Document processes maintain system configurations and collaborate with operations IT and training teams to resolve issues improve workflows and support product rollouts
