Day to day
- Analyze cost and quality metrics across strategic merchants to uncover drivers of defects and savings opportunities.
- Deep-dive into CSAT data and delivery performance to identify root causes and improve fulfillment quality.
- Partner with Logistics Analytics Product and Operations teams to scope experiments reporting tools and operational improvements.
