Requirements

Day to day
- Lead and mentor engineers while driving high-value products and scalable infrastructure for Vanta's business and customers.
- Design identity primitives that define how agents act as user proxies across MCP CLI and the Vanta Agent.
- Build and enforce consistent permission checks and attribution models so agent-assisted actions remain auditable trustworthy and secure.
- Lead complex cross-functional projects and make thoughtful tradeoffs that balance business priorities user experience and long-term technical foundations.
