Manage day-to-day administration, queries, and communications of employee benefits and leave programs in EMEA.

Identify process improvements enhancing benefits and leave programs.
Maintain employee benefits information on intranet, ensuring relevance and user-friendliness.
Support EMEA projects, renewals, onboard new vendors.
