Requirements
- One to two years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Must be bilingual and fluent in two languages
- Available to work any shift including weekends holidays and overnight
- Demonstrated internet knowledge and basic browser settings understanding
- Ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously
- Working knowledge of MS Office package
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills
- Ability to ask relevant questions to identify customer needs
- Proven problem-solving negotiation and decision-making skills
- Ability to use discretion and judgment in customer handling
- Ability to listen process transactions and interact simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Day to day
- Provide accurate and timely customer support to members clients providers and business partners
- Handle inquiries by phone in person and online while researching issues and resolving complaints
