Day to day

  • The OpEx Coach leads major Lean and cultural transformations across customers using QAD Redzone software.
  • Coaches work directly with shop floor staff, frontline leaders, and executives to achieve growth and productivity gains.
  • The role involves overseeing 5-7 customers, facilitating meetings, leading process improvements, and tracking customer performance.
  • Coaches train customers on workflows, manage project schedules, provide success assessments, and offer executive overviews.
  • Troubleshoots technical issues, supports customer identification of next steps in their Redzone journey, and other assigned duties.
