- Able to learn required software
- Manufacturing experience in operations and leadership
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing
- 2 years of coaching experience is desired

Day to day
- The OpEx Coach leads major Lean and cultural transformations across customers using QAD Redzone software.
- Coaches work directly with shop floor staff, frontline leaders, and executives to achieve growth and productivity gains.
- The role involves overseeing 5-7 customers, facilitating meetings, leading process improvements, and tracking customer performance.
- Coaches train customers on workflows, manage project schedules, provide success assessments, and offer executive overviews.
- Troubleshoots technical issues, supports customer identification of next steps in their Redzone journey, and other assigned duties.
