Requirements
- 6+ years experience in brand or product design with shipped work across identity web motion and campaign
- Owned a brand or major brand evolution at a high-growth technology company and can explain the decisions and tradeoffs
- Active daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools as part of your design workflow
- Fluent in Figma and Webflow and comfortable in After Effects and Illustrator
- Systems thinker who can hold the whole brand in your head while obsessing over fine details
- Strong opinions communicated clearly and updated quickly when evidence changes
- Comfortable working alongside engineers and operators on work that must function in the real world
- Bonus: built a marketing site end to end in Webflow at production scale
- Bonus: shipped motion work on a homepage or keynote
- Bonus: prior B2B platform infrastructure or logistics design experience
- Bonus: released a side project using AI prototyping tools

Day to day
- Translate brand strategy into a complete living visual system across identity applications motion principles photography direction illustration style and typography
- Design and build the marketing site in Figma and Webflow while owning landing pages campaign pages product launch moments and event storytelling
- Bring the visual language to life through motion and shape the demand engine through pitch decks one-pagers customer-facing PDFs and partner materials
- Prototype rapidly with AI tools to compress the loop from idea to artifact and keep the final touch human authentic and crafted
- Build tangible real-world experiences and partner with engineering to ship branded expressions in product while helping scale the brand system
