Requirements
- 6+ years experience in brand or product design with strong craft across identity web motion and campaign
- Owned a brand or major brand evolution at a high-growth technology company
- Active daily use of LLMs and AI prototyping tools as part of design workflow
- Fluent in Figma and Webflow
- Comfortable in After Effects and Illustrator
- Systems thinker with strong opinions and clear communication
- Comfortable working alongside engineers and operators on functional real-world work

Day to day
- Translate brand strategy into a complete living visual system across identity web motion photography illustration and typography
- Design and build marketing site experiences in Figma and Webflow while owning landing pages campaign pages product launches and event visuals
- Bring the brand to life through motion demand materials prototypes and real world installations that feel tangible crafted and strategic
- Collaborate closely with engineering and cross functional partners to ship brand expressions across product and scale the visual system
