Requirements
- Requires critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience as a graphic designer, preferably with a focus on internal communications or corporate branding.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and other graphic design software/tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography color theory layout principles and design best practices.

Day to day
- Creates design collateral to enhance and promote Memorial Healthcare System’s internal brand.
- Manages multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizes tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
- Collaborates with HR stakeholders to brainstorm ideas provide creative input and offer design solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Develops visual concepts and design layouts that effectively convey complex information and HR-related topics in a clear concise and visually appealing manner.
- Works closely with the key stakeholders to understand project requirements objectives and target audiences ensuring that designs align with the company's branding guidelines and messaging.
- Designs and produces a wide range of creative assets including digital graphics presentations infographics posters newsletters and other print and digital materials for HR communications.
- Upholds brand standards and guidelines across all design projects maintaining a cohesive visual identity for internal HR communications.
- Stays up-to-date on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in graphic design to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of HR communications materials.
