Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in business analysis product analytics requirements management or related roles
- Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements user stories acceptance criteria and measurable outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a remote-first culture
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders across product engineering operations and leadership
- Proficiency with requirements elicitation process mapping data analysis and modeling
- Familiarity with user stories use cases flow diagrams and data flow diagrams
- Exposure to project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence Aha Trello MS Teams or Slack
- Basic familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps concepts is a plus

Day to day

- Identify automation opportunities and document security compliance and risk considerations
