Who you are

• Strong Project Management skills gained in a software company
• Excellent client facing delivery experience
• A good understanding of Product management
• A good understanding of the SDLC (previous experience as a Software Engineer would be ideal)
• Strong stakeholder management
• Excellent understanding of the energy industry (if you don't have this you must have started your career in software engineering)

What the job involves

• Market leading SAAS product company is looking for a Client facing Software Product / Project Delivery Manager to join their team. With a good understanding of product management, project management, the software development lifecycle and client focused software delivery you will deliver software to agreed deadlines, standards and expectations. Knowledge of external stakeholder management and the SDLC is key and an understanding of the energy sector is a distinct advantage.
• Work with the PS team and own the relationship with a key client. Deliver the required software solution to the client as per the requirement and the product roadmap. Work with internal teams and the external clients. Setting expectations and managing stakeholders. Define the customer experience and enhance the customer journey. Provide support, coaching and direction to the team as required.
