Requirements
- 5-8+ years of experience in community engagement
- Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience managing both online and offline communities particularly in web3
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with builder community members in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Strong understanding of the DeFi ecosystem including DEXs staking lending liquidity protocols and stablecoins
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
- Passion for community building and a genuine desire to foster a positive and inclusive community
- Flexibility and desire to travel frequently and work irregular hours
