Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business-related majors and 4 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or other business strategy
- -OR-
- -High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or other business strategy
- MBA or other advanced degree
- 1-3 years' experience from a top tier consulting firm or top tier strategy function
- Experience drafting Word memos and PowerPoint presentations with excellent written communication skills and the ability to write in a narrative style and in a concise manner
- Experience in strategic planning or risk management
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort and facility with both quantitative and qualitative information
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly driven and self-motivated to succeed in a fast paced, evolving environment
- Ability to operate semi-autonomously within work-stream to drive deliverables

Day to day
- Playing a key role in the strategic planning process by developing multi-year plans and prioritizing strategies.
- Drafting written deliverables like Word memos and PowerPoint presentations to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with risk management practices.
