Day to day
- Shape and execute the brand’s visual and verbal identity across all marketing and customer-facing touchpoints
- Lead a team of designers, content creators, and brand managers to ensure brand consistency
- Oversee rebranding efforts and development of a new website to support growth at Tidio
- Create impactful creative assets such as ads, presentations, social media content, videos, and webinars
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to align creative vision with business objectives
- Be a visionary storyteller creating award-worthy campaigns and unforgettable brand work
- Translate creative vision into actionable goals by closely monitoring key metrics and improving business outcomes
