Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Information Systems Project Management or related field
- 5+ years supporting CRM implementations business systems projects project management or commercial operations initiatives
- Experience participating in CRM implementations or enterprise technology deployment
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience facilitating cross-functional meetings requirements gathering and implementation tracking activities
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics or similar systems
- Understanding of business process mapping operational workflows and change management principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting user training onboarding and adoption initiatives
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and follow-through capabilities

Day to day
- Coordinate day-to-day CRM implementation activities including timelines deliverables risks and dependencies
- Partner with leadership IT implementation partners and business stakeholders to support deployment adoption and operational alignment
- Facilitate user readiness testing training documentation and post-go-live stabilization to drive successful CRM rollout
