Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role such as Enablement Customer Success Engineer or Developer Advocate
- Proven software engineering experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications or agents
- Strong proficiency in Python and practical knowledge of the modern AI/LLM stack
- Passion for educating users on technical topics and deep empathy for developer experience
- Ability to create and deliver high-quality technical training programs
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical and enterprise audiences
- Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
Nice to have
- Hands-on LangChain experience
- TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency
Day to day
- Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers and help them set up LangSmith quickly and smoothly
- Deliver live interactive workshops that teach product fundamentals and agent engineering best practices
- Build scalable enablement resources such as technical tutorials best-practice guides and reference implementations
- Gather user feedback and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the roadmap and reduce friction
- Collaborate with Sales Deployed Engineering and Professional Services to shape enablement strategies for prospective customers
