  • Proven software engineering experience with 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications or agents
  • Strong proficiency in Python and practical knowledge of the modern AI/LLM stack
  • Passion for educating users on technical topics and deep empathy for developer experience
  • Ability to create and deliver high-quality technical training programs
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for technical and enterprise audiences
  • Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time

Nice to have

  • Hands-on LangChain experience
  • TypeScript/JavaScript proficiency

Day to day

  • Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers and help them set up LangSmith quickly and smoothly
  • Deliver live interactive workshops that teach product fundamentals and agent engineering best practices
  • Build scalable enablement resources such as technical tutorials best-practice guides and reference implementations
  • Gather user feedback and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the roadmap and reduce friction
  • Collaborate with Sales Deployed Engineering and Professional Services to shape enablement strategies for prospective customers
