- Customer service experience in a SaaS environment preferred
- Fitness studio experience with ClubReady is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Provide first-level support to a national customer base through phone live chat and support tickets in Zendesk.
- Troubleshoot customer issues using multiple resources and methods while delivering timely accurate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records create knowledge base content and collaborate across teams to improve customer outcomes.
