Who you are

  • Minimum B2 English level (oral and written)
  • Previous experience in customer support
  • Availability for a full-time schedule 13:30 - 22:00 Monday-Friday
  • Availability to work from home
  • Strong team-oriented interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interface with a wide variety of people and roles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to solve problems and learn new processes quickly
  • Identification of opportunities for process improvement
  • Self-motivated in continuous learning
  • Capable of adjusting and excelling in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, multitask, and work independently
  • Ability to thrive under pressure
  • Previous experience in reviewing, processing, and executing large contracts is a plus

  • Responsible for improving the customers' purchasing experience
  • Deliver legendary service and own any customer issues, driving them to resolution
  • Anticipate customer needs and communicate effectively and professionally, leveraging experience, knowledge, wisdom, and soft skills
