Who you are
- Strong demonstrable knowledge and experience of Microsoft D365 Business Central/NAV
- Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics technologies and O365
- Operational industry experience with knowledge of supply chain manufacturing and warehousing and service management being desirable
- Ability to delegate and contribute to the direction of multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work closely with all personnel regardless of role/seniority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and maintain delivery documents as per company’s processes and standards
- Good attention to detail and quality of work
- Good team skills
- Excellent time management and time keeping skills
- Self-motivated and self-managing
What the job involves
- Actively participate in the design development testing and delivery of high-quality software solutions to meet customer and commercial needs while adhering to established standards best practises and deadlines
- Extend the Business Central platforms and enhance Dynamics NAV
- Support both full project lifecycles in addition to ongoing customer requirements
- Build test deliver and document solutions ensuring platform integrity
- Upgrade and Install NAV/Business Central
- Occasionally visit customer sites providing support and training where necessary
- Point of escalation for Support
