- Strong technical depth with low latency distributed systems and trading infrastructure experience
- Ability to make decisive firm wide trade offs under constraints
- Exceptional executive communication skills for Board and ExCo audiences
- Experience operating in regulated environments with MiCA DORA and SOC 2
- Track record of scaling multi division engineering organizations and shared functions
- Experience integrating acquired technical teams during M&A
- Background as a trusted deputy to a CTO or technical founder

Day to day
