• Spearhead user research for Triple Whale’s financial and operational product lines.
• Act as the voice of the user in a multidisciplinary software development team.
• Structure human-centered research and lead internal and partner teams through fieldwork analysis of findings and insight development.
• Combine qualitative and quantitative research to generate actionable insights.
• Connect insights to design and collaborate with teammates to create must-have digital tools for our users.
