Requirements
- Senior in college or recent graduate in design HCI or related field preferred
- Experience designing and prototyping in Figma
- A strong portfolio showcasing design work
- Solid design fundamentals including typography layout hierarchy alignment and spacing
- Understanding of core design principles such as contrast repetition and hierarchy
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Comfort using AI tools to support design workflows ideation and rapid iteration
- Interest in both product design and brand marketing design
- Passion for visual collaboration diagramming and simplifying complex ideas
- Ability to learn the product and design within real constraints
- Comfort working in a fast paced ambiguous environment
- Organized proactive and willing to take ownership
- A bias toward action and learning by doing

Day to day
- Create marketing and brand assets such as landing pages social graphics decks and event materials
