Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in insurance product execution regulatory filings and related roles
- 5+ years managing people
- 5+ years hands-on experience with health insurance regulatory filing processes including ACA and state-specific filings
- 4+ years leading complex QA and production workflows
- 4+ years experience with controls documentation standards and version management
- 3+ years operating closely with senior leaders to support planning prioritization and operating rhythm
- 3+ years project management experience coordinating complex partner calendars forums and meeting rhythms
- 3+ years of experience managing third-party vendors
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Day to day
- Lead execution of the ACA individual and small group QHP product lifecycle across multiple markets, ensuring filings are accurate compliant and delivered on time.
- Oversee regulatory filing delivery quality assurance and operational governance while coordinating Product Technology SIO Actuarial Operations and external vendors.
- Build structured scalable processes manage risks and dependencies and provide clear updates recommendations and issue resolution support to leadership.
