  • 4+ years leading complex QA and production workflows
  • 4+ years experience with controls documentation standards and version management
  • 3+ years operating closely with senior leaders to support planning prioritization and operating rhythm
  • 3+ years project management experience coordinating complex partner calendars forums and meeting rhythms
  • 3+ years of experience managing third-party vendors
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Day to day

  • Lead execution of the ACA individual and small group QHP product lifecycle across multiple markets, ensuring filings are accurate compliant and delivered on time.
  • Oversee regulatory filing delivery quality assurance and operational governance while coordinating Product Technology SIO Actuarial Operations and external vendors.
  • Build structured scalable processes manage risks and dependencies and provide clear updates recommendations and issue resolution support to leadership.
