Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years experience in IT operations with a focus on SaaS environment
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing IT or SaaS Ops teams
- Skills in vendor management with experience in Microsoft Azure
- Strong analytical skills and business relationship management expertise
Day to day
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security of SaaS operations
- Lead and mentor the SaaS Ops team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Oversee the management and optimization of all SaaS infrastructure
- Implement and manage monitoring tools for high performance and availability of SaaS products
- Direct and improve incident management processes to resolve operational issues
- Ensure SaaS operations comply with security standards and regulations
- Manage budget for cost-effectiveness and resource optimization
- Collaborate with customer support teams to align operations with customer needs
- Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
