  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years experience in IT operations with a focus on SaaS environment
  • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role managing IT or SaaS Ops teams
  • Skills in vendor management with experience in Microsoft Azure
  • Strong analytical skills and business relationship management expertise

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance efficiency, scalability, and security of SaaS operations
  • Lead and mentor the SaaS Ops team to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
  • Oversee the management and optimization of all SaaS infrastructure
  • Implement and manage monitoring tools for high performance and availability of SaaS products
  • Direct and improve incident management processes to resolve operational issues
  • Ensure SaaS operations comply with security standards and regulations
  • Manage budget for cost-effectiveness and resource optimization
  • Collaborate with customer support teams to align operations with customer needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage
