Requirements
- Experience in an HR employee relations or employment law role

Day to day
- Provide telephony and webchat employment law HR and employee relations advice on non-complex issues
- Identify client needs and shape bespoke services to suit them
- Generate referrals for consultancy and training services while supporting income growth through cross sales
