Day to day
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team delivering end-to-end product functionality across frontend and backend systems
- Guide technical execution by driving architectural decisions quality standards observability and reliable operations
- Coach and grow engineers through actionable feedback hiring support and a culture of autonomy accountability and continuous improvement
- Partner with Product Design Security and adjacent engineering teams to align priorities manage dependencies and deliver business outcomes
