- Proven experience leading engineers in a high-growth or complex product environment
- Strong customer focus with experience engaging in product strategy

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Day to day
- Lead a team of product engineers to deliver impactful outcomes for DISCO and its customers
- Contribute directly to technical design implementation and optimisation across the team and wider engineering organisation
- Partner closely with Product and Design to balance feature delivery quality performance reliability and customer value
- Mentor engineers support career growth and help build a culture of ownership technical excellence and collaboration
- Drive engineering standards operational excellence incident response and continuous improvement across development workflows and CI/CD
