Day to day

  • Lead and grow the Developer Experience and DevOps teams with clear direction and strong support
  • Improve the daily engineering experience by reducing friction in build times tooling local setup and CI/CD workflows
  • Partner with senior engineers to guide technical decisions uphold quality and drive continuous improvement while staying hands-on where it matters
