Day to day
- Manage executive calendars travel and communications with strong judgment and discretion
- Support the broader executive team with scheduling logistics and operational coordination across functions
- Plan and execute company-wide events and off-sites end to end while preparing agendas briefing documents and follow-up summaries
- Manage vendors expenses and administrative workflows and identify gaps in executive operations to build better processes
