  • Support the broader executive team with scheduling logistics and operational coordination across functions
  • Plan and execute company-wide events and off-sites end to end while preparing agendas briefing documents and follow-up summaries
  • Manage vendors expenses and administrative workflows and identify gaps in executive operations to build better processes
