Requirements
- 1-4 years of software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience building or working with Voice AI systems
- Comfortable in Python and/or Elixir with Go in scope
- Experience using and building on automation tooling such as n8n
- Ability to navigate broad technology ecosystems and developer documentation
- Ability to distinguish core code changes from middleware or automation fixes
- Strong communication skills with business and technical audiences
- Ability to resolve ambiguous requirements before building
- High bar for correctness completeness and consistency
- Ability to provide proactive technical status updates
- Experience with real-time voice agents telephony TTS voice quality LLM orchestration or CRM/booking integrations is a plus

Day to day
- Embed alongside strategic clients to understand problems firsthand and turn client implementation issues into product improvements.
- Ship production-grade code into the core codebase internal tooling and integration layer that powers Voice AI products.
- Build direct API integrations webhook endpoints event-based triggers and automation workflows while owning end-to-end onboarding QA monitoring and post-launch iteration.
