Requirements
- Experience designing and building distributed systems in production at scale
- Expertise in Operating Systems Networking Distributed Systems and Databases
- Experience running services in cloud environments including deployment monitoring and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with AI/ML workflows and the data infrastructure they require
- Proficiency in Golang C++ Rust or Python with a track record of shipping high-quality systems code
- Proficiency with Kubernetes containers and infrastructure as code tools
- Excellent English communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment during the 0->1 stage

Day to day
- Design and build distributed storage and data systems that power AI workloads
- Deploy and manage infrastructure across multiple clouds for a unified reliable scalable and cost-efficient footprint
- Profile and optimize system performance and cost while setting high standards for observability SLOs and incident response
- Work through ambiguity with customers iterate rapidly on product ideas and help shape the technical roadmap
