Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in backend integration automation or bot development
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience building bots for major messaging platforms
- Strong command of Python or Node.js for backend bot logic
- Solid experience with REST APIs webhooks OAuth and async request handling
- Experience with relational or NoSQL databases for storing conversation state and user data
- Familiarity with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic and prompt design
- Understanding of platform limits message templates and approval flows
- Experience with hosting and deployment such as Docker serverless VPS or PaaS
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to bot reliability
- Self-directed work ethic and ability to design and ship complete bots independently
- Portfolio or examples of bots built
- English proficiency upper-intermediate B2 or above

Day to day
- Design and build conversational bots for WhatsApp Telegram Discord and similar messaging platforms
- Implement conversational flows dialogue state fallback handling and reliable production behavior
- Integrate bots with LLMs backend services databases CRMs and third-party APIs while managing webhooks rate limits and platform-specific formats
- Evaluate AI-generated code refactor it for correctness and add logging monitoring and recovery so bots stay healthy
- Work in a hybrid AI plus human environment to refine bot outputs into user-friendly experiences
